Photography Friday

Today's theme is something you can't live without. If you know me at all you already knew what this picture would be. First I thought family and God obviously, they're not things though. This may sound ridiculous to some but..... I achieved my double gold in these little babies and this next week will be my last week wearing them. It's a little sad, we've been through a lot together lol! I'm getting new skates in a little over a week! :0 I am slightly terrified to say the least! I haven't had new skates for ten years! If you've never skated in real figure skates you won't understand. But they take a long time to break in and you get serious feet cramps until they do finally get broken in. Wish my luck! 

Two posts in one day! This has to be a record!

Happy Friday and happy long weekend to me!:) I'm off today and love it! I will be spending the afternoon with my niece and my sister!:)
Today's photography Friday prompt is black and white. I snapped a couple pictures with my phone on my run this morning.

I used the Noir filter on my iPhone. I'm still not sure if I like it.

And a black and white from Rome! Oh how I want to walk the streets of Rome and taste a cappuccino again!

Where are you spring? It was white out again this morning! Ugh seriously Minnesota get over it all ready I want to be out in the sunshine! Oh well at least I have a fun weekend comiong up:)

A few weeks ago my lovely friend from Chicago came for a visit! It was such a fun relaxing time together! It was wonderful to catch up with her and so fun to see her cute baby bump! 

She flew in mid morning so we were able to have the day in the city. First stop, Minnehaha falls. This is a place I've never actually visited even though I'm from MN. It was beautiful see as it was just starting to thaw! 

After trying not to fall down the stairs that were blocked off for good reason we went to an amazing coffee house in Minneapolis! You can check that out on Maggie's blog!

Wordless Photo Friday {My Town}

Photo Friday/ A pretty place

I am so glad it's Friday and I am getting into the chiropractor! I just hope it helps! I want to be able to move normally! 

I get my car back this weekend! YAY yay yay and it wasn't anything major, thank you God! The car isn't anything spectacular but now that I have been driving that lovely van for two weeks I realized how much I love my car! It's little, it has heated seats, and I don't feel like I'm going to blow off the road! Anyway onto the picture!

Today's photo Friday with Beka is a pretty place.

I love pictures, and the silent story that they tell. I can still feel the crisp wind, hear the waves hitting the lime stone and smell the salt water in the air. I got lost in the beauty of God's creation and I didn't want to leave. It was my last glimpse of the cliffs in the distance. This is a picture I took in Galway Ireland on our trip down from the cliffs. It was one of my favorite stops during our trip to and from the cliffs of Moher. I love this picture because I loved this moment, I still remember it like it was yesterday.

happy danace for / SNOW / Photo Friday

From my window

It looks like a fairytale as it falls softly to the ground, the trees are coated in white; I am giddy inside and doing a happy dance!!:) There is something about snow that makes me SO happy! It's like the winter version of a hot summer day by the pool! I love it! 

You know how I have been wishing for snow and a blizzard, wanting a REAL winter? Well, I've been wishing for it for a couple of years now! I think we finally got it this year!:) It snowed last night and I LOVE it! I don't know what it is about snow, its stunning. God's creation is amazing. I am glad I live in a four season State. I am also very happy that I no longer have a long commute, I have a garage and a gym in my apartment building! I am thinking my over priced apartment is worth it right now:) I hope everyone who has to commute stays safe today!

My passion is figure skating and I love my sister more than words can describe! I will be spending the weekend with her and watching figure skating on the Olympics! AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH I am obsessed with the Olympics!

I am linking up with Beca @ Sunshine to the Square Inch for Photography Friday! The photo topic for this week and last are something that you are thankful for and a food photo. I chose these two pictures from my trip to Europe. I am so so so grateful for the time I was able to spend in Rome and Ireland! They are memories and adventures I treasure. So here are two sneak peak photos from my trip! I am working on picking the best ones and editing some of them! It's a slow process, I've never done editing before! But some pictures need it because the sun was so high and bright at times that the pictures are washed out! I was happy for a sunny trip though:)
