Weekend recap

What a relaxing and fun weekend spent at home. I don't usually like staying at my apartment all weekend, but this weekend I was actually enjoying it, so I went with it. It was a nice weekend of Christmas decorating, latte sipping, Coaching, cleaning, reading, and lots of Christmas music:)  

~ I put my tree up and my little apartment feels so festive now! I found some Christmas scented candles from Pier One to make up for the fake Christmas tree. My apartment smells like Christmas now:)

~ My new favorite spot to sit and read my Advent reflections is right in front of my tree! I LOVE it, it's so peaceful and pretty. I am missing a manger though.....I at least have a picture of the Holy family from Rome though. That counts right?

~ I did a little shopping after Mass this morning to get one thing..... Ha ha that turned into many things. Whoops. (Pier One is dangerous!) At least I was able to get someone checked off of my Christmas shopping list! YAY I never found the one thing that I went for though. Isn't that how it goes? One of those many things that I did get included a puzzle. Puzzles are a favorite Christmas time activity for me. I used to do a couple when I lived at home over my Christmas break. I would watch The Lord of The Rings Trilogy and work on a puzzle. Such fun memories:) Today I watched Little Women instead.
