Reading: Nothing. I just finally finished Pride and Prejudice! I love that book:) Now I just need a real live Mr. Darcy! Do they exist?? Any suggestions for a good book to read? I am thinking another Jane Austen maybe.
Writing: Blog posts! And getting really antsy to start posting Europe pictures!
Thinking: This is an extremely relaxing weekend but productive all at the same time! I love it. It's going to be hard to go back to reality tomorrow. Oh Monday, don't be so difficult all of the time! OK
Listening: To Pandora all weekend or silence. It's strange living alone, it's freakishly quiet!
Smelling: Cinnamon apple scones! They are delicious! I normally make raspberry white chocolate scones, I wanted to try a different filling and I am very happy with how they turned out!
Wishing: That my sister and my parents didn't live so far away!
Hoping: For a change of some sort very SOON! Praying a lot about it and trying to listen to that little voice that I usually ignore.
In the kitchen: I have been in the mood to cook this weekend, like crazy! Homemade pizza that has lasted me all weekend and I have two in the freezer! Almost no kneed bread that's rising on my counter from. The recipe is from America's test kitchen, it has beer in it ummm yes please! A new version of my favorite scones, I also have some of those in the freezer! For tonight: roasted chicken with gravy, peas and biscuits! If you're hungry get over here!
Loving: Cooking! And putting together my Roma and Ireland book! I can't wait to keep going with it this afternoon while catching up on Downton Abbey! The Olympics have taken over my life and I didn't watch it the past two weeks! Speaking of the Olympics I am so sad they are over:( I am looking forward to getting back to my normal sleeping schedule though!
Clicking: 27 things you're really thinking while watching figure skating This is SO funny and true, you have to click it:)
Thankful: For the snow! It looks beautiful out! I might have to take a break from picture booking and cooking and get outside!
Ciao,
Rachel
