First Sparkling ICE, I had a few of you ask what it was when I mentioned it in my Sunday Currently post. So here you go:) It is a naturally flavored sparkling mountain spring water, so it's zero calorie! It is a very refreshing, fruity carbonated drink! I have been hearing so much about the health benefits of coconut water lately, but I don't liked the taste of it. I saw the two beverages next to each other in the grocery store and thought, why not mix them? So I bought both and do 2/3 coconut water and 1/3 Sparkling Ice! I can't taste the coconut water at all! I'm sipping some right now after my workout:)
Some random facts about me, just for fun!
~ I only shampoo my hair every couple months, only conditioner or a scalp scrub when I shower. Your grossed out aren't you?!!
~ I don't brush my hair either! Oh the hair hygiene habits of a curly haired girl=) So lazy! They sound so unclean ha ha! Did you know there is actually a book called Curly Girl on how to cut and care for curly hair?! How high maintenance is that? Kind of a conundrum because curly hair in a lot of ways is not high maintenance! Heck I don't brush it or shampoo it, and just add a light gel after I condition it. Oh dear now you are thinking I have stinky oily snarly hair, I don't I promise!!!
Why don't I? Because people with curly hair don't have as much oil on our scalps as those with straight hair. Shampoo dries out the little oil that we do have. So, in order to have those nice soft ringlets that are not frizzy, don't use shampoo!
~ I make my own dog food for my Sassy girl! It's called B.A.R.F. bones and raw food. It's supposed to resemble what a dog would get out in the wild. It's raw vegetables, fruits, oils, and well cooked grains blended up together. It's gross looking I thought about adding a picture but I'll spare you! My dog loves it though and is very healthy and strong, she is nine years old and still runs around like a pup!
